DirecTV adds two Spanish-language HD channels

DirecTV has just added the first new HD channels we've seen from them since January 2009.

TVPredictions.com is reporting that the satcaster today added Univision HD and Telefutura HD to its HD lineup.  This is the first of what DirecTV's claimed 30 new HD additions coming over the next few months.

DirecTV also says they are the first provider in the country to offer these channels in HD, which will offer coverage of the World Cup this June.
