This year's WIAA state basketball tournament will be shot in high-definition for the first time, but it still remains to be seen whether the Green Bay market will see it in all its HD glory.
TelevisionBroadcast.com reports that Madison ABC-affiliate WKOW will cover the boys tournament on March 18-20 and the girls tournament from March 25-27 in high-def, broadcasting it to a statewide network of affiliates.
In Green Bay, WACY will be taking the WIAA coverage, but it is not yet known whether Journal Broadcasting, who runs the station, has the intent or the ability to carry the tournament in HD.

There was a state Hockey game
There was a state Hockey game Saturday in HD on 32. So I would think the rest would be.
Am I correct that Time Warner
Am I correct that Time Warner still doesn't carry WACY-32? I have an antenna that does pick it up, so I will have to remember to dial this in. Any additional programming in HD is a good thing. I will also assume there isn't any live streaming since it is broadcast live. I couldn't find anything mentioning it. I really liked it when they streamed everything but the championship games for the baseball tournament last year.
You are correct on Time
You are correct on Time Warner not carrying WACY in HD. I believe the only carrier locally that does is AT&T U-Verse.
I checked it this morning,
I checked it this morning, and it's in HD. Now if only cable would carry their HD signal.....
I know I am not getting High
I know I am not getting High Def in Neenah for the boys or girls basketball tournament on channel 32. I watched the boys in standard def and now the girls are in standard def. I have DirecTV. No High Def on 32 for the state tournaments.
AT&T U-Verse is the only
AT&T U-Verse is the only provider in Northeast Wisconsin that carries WACY's HD feed.
