Talk about good timing.  If this hadn't happened, there would have been a whole other kind of March Madness amongst AT&T U-Verse sports fans.

AT&T announced this week the launch of CBS College Sports in both SD and high-definition to its U-Verse lineup.  They can be found on channels 643 and 1643, respectively.  The channel is part of U-Verse's sports package, which costs an additional $10 per month, or is included in the U450 programming package.

According to AT&T's press release, CBS College Sports is the "official cable home of the NCAA® Division I Men’s Basketball Championship," and carries over 250 live sporting events annually.

yup, they're wonderful. I

yup, they're wonderful. I had the slowest DSL speeed, received a notice that if I didn't upgrade to Express, I'd be paying $15/month more.

Also, I had a package which included "lineBacker". While discussing the DSL increase, I was told I could save $5.00/month by dropping "LineBacker", since AT&T was going to begin charging me $5/month extra for having it( as a part of a package deal that I've had for sevewral years.)

I dropped it, will be getting some credits, and then I will also be dropping AT&T DSL for TW RoadRunner, and then dropping the telephone pkg for TW digital phone. Bundled, the Cable, RoadRunner, and digital phone will be CONSIDERABLY less than I'm now paying for what I have.

I hope others are likewise affected and are able to do the same thing. AT&T is acting a little bigger for their britches than they have a right to be.

Also, any digital phone problems are repaired at no cost over my monthly bill. Bye-bye at&t.

I have no price or problems

I have no price or problems with my Uverse bundle. I'm assuming you're just with AT&T and not Uverse. Uverse is priced better. Even though they're part of each other.
