Directv is starting to roll out a beta version of it's Multiroom DVR.
Requirements of the Beta:
*Firmware Version: 0x0395 or 0x4395
*An HD DVR (models HR20-23)
*At least one compatible HD receiver (models H21-23)
*They have to be already networked
*HD Access and DVR service
*Must "opt-in"
There is one major drawback: once launched from beta to a supported service Directv plans to charge for Multiroom DVR.
