Had no idea that we had to rescan for channels periodically. 14 drops out periodically here in Sturgeon Bay. 11 has lots of periods with poor or no reception.
Location is 44deg 49.657' about two blocks from the WDOR antenna.
87deg 21.659'

Where are you? If you don't
Where are you? If you don't know the exact latitude and longitude, simply go here:
http://www.tvfool.com/
and go to "Start Maps". Follow the directions, using your address, then moving the red balloon by dragging it to your location. Use the enlargement control on the left side of the map (click on the satellite tab on the top, then zoom in...you should see your house) and drag the bottom tip of the ballon to the location of your antenna. Judge the height of your antenna to the nearest foo above the ground level and enter it in the antenna height box, then go to the button just above the right hand side of the map. If you post your results, I can try to help you get better reception. It may involve 2 new antennas, an amplifier and some wiring, but I would think that you should do better than you are now.

I see 32 has an application
I see 32 has an application to bump their power up to 1000 kW from a current output of 50 kW. That might make them receivable for you up there. Granted you're still having trouble, but it might help with one of the channels.
