Looking to switch from Directv to Dish. Can't find if Dish carries these games and if they are in HD. Understand that Dish does not carry FSN WI, but do they carry the games on an alternate?

Yes, absolutely Dish carries
Yes, absolutely Dish carries the Brewers/Bucks games on alternate feeds. I've had Dish for 2 years (hated TWC) and love it. All games that are broadcast by FS in HD Dish carries. I believe 96 Brewer games were are in HD this year....FYI. Dish's HD DVR boxes (and equipment in general) are far superior to Directv.
You are correct in the fact they don't technically carry FS Wisconsin, they have FS North which is the Minnesota variety.
Why are you leaving DirecTv??
Thanks for the info. Based
Thanks for the info. Based on the setup of my Tvs and equipment, I can get by with two receivers (HD and HD DVR) and connect two standard def TV for nothing. As I understand it, the Dish receivers can handle one HD and Std def for the same price. Couple that with a cheaper monthly fee for the 200 silver package over the Choice Pack w/HD DVR, it looks like I can save $15-20 per month. Plus I can save $15 per month for the first year. I like Directv, but not not that much...
Nothing wrong with saving
Nothing wrong with saving money!! You know, the way companies have deals for new subscribers, you're almost better off switching companies every couple years to take advantage of the deals!!
