Why I am leaving U-Verse after 2 months

It seems like I am the only one to have this problem. From the very beginning my TV picture quality is ridiculously bad. Frequently my picture jumps, or disappears altogether. This happens on both TVs (different brands). Since it is hard to describe, I have posted video here:

YouTube Video of at&t picture quality

Additionally, I can only watch 1 HD channel at a time. If someone is watching HD upstairs I cannot watch HD downstairs.

I called at&t support at least 5 times. They have been unable to remedy. They had scheduled to send a technician twice. Both days I waited at home for the entire 3 hour window and nobody ever showed.

Why I'm leaving after 3

Why I'm leaving after 3 days.......horrible HD quality and only 1 HD feed?????? Coming from Directv, there is just no comparison. I'm glad I held off on canceling Directv until I decided if I liked U-Verse. Believe me, if I'd have known only 1 HD feed prior to install, I'd have saved the installer and myself a wasted day.

Im scepticle about the last post. Especially with it being Anonymous. Sounds like a DirecTV worker. I apologize if I am wrong. I just came from DirecTV and there is a comparison I am sorry and I dont know where the 1 HD feed is coming from...

The issue that person is

The issue that person is having probably has nothing to do with AT&T service but with something in their house. It is actually possible to have only one HD feed with AT&T right now. It is used for people who are on the edge of the service range for their neighborhood VRAD.

Yep. We've extended the

Yep. We've extended the range for 1 HD stream in certain scenarios. That is why there is 1 instead of more because there is only so much bandwidth available. Imagine what the picture would be like if you crammed 4-5 "HD" streams down a pipe that can only handle one.
