Still WIWB is having big lip-sych problem

What is the on-going problem with WIWB HD, CH 710, on TWC ? Still, after all this time they continue to offer all their really "in-demand" programs with the lip synch STILL way off? Do they just not care? Thankfully, they don’t appear to offer ANY shows worth watching…..........Maury ?, Morning Show ? Daily Buzz ? I think they are better not being in correct lip-synch. Doesn’t seem anyone at WIWB has an answer except “ We’re working on it” And, it’s just as bad on TWC, Ch 9.
