Viewers watching the Retro Television Network -- broadcast locally by WBAY on digital channel 2-3 and through cable systems -- were greeted with a three-hour blackout on Sunday.
According to Broadcasting & Cable, the temporary downtime was a result of a contractual spat between RTN's former owner and it's new one. Former owner Equity Media Holdings sold RTN to Luken Communications in June but operated the channel through December. A provision of the contract and communication between the two parties were cited as reason for the blackout.

It looks like the dispute continues between Luken and Equity, despite the fact that RTN – or as it is now called “My Retro TV” – is back on the air. In Green Bay we are receiving the National Feed at present, instead of the local programming we had received in the past. For those interested, here is the National Feed schedule, but be forewarned - the start times vary wildly, being as much as 5-10 minutes late or early on occasion…
