WIWB's analog signal comes from near Suring, which the opposite direction of pretty much every other broadcaster if you live in Green Bay. So it's nice right now that their digital signal is coming from the new WFRV digital tower in Glenmore.
My question is will WIWB continue to broadcast from the Glenmore area after Feb, or will the revert to their normal tower in the Pulaski/Suring area?

I certainly hope so. Having
I certainly hope so. Having all the digital transmitters up there makes it easier to pick up signals with a good directional antenna. Relocating to Suring would be a bad move, I think.
Does anyone know why neither
Does anyone know why neither Time Warner cable or Directv carry the CW in HD? It seems that it would be a logical choice along with the other local channels and if U-Verse and Dish seem to be able to add it why cant the other 2 main providers in the area.I hate not being able to watch shows like Smallville without my antenna and I cant record it in HD either then.
I need to correct my
I need to correct my previous post. Obviously U-Verse is the only carrier of the CW in HD. I figured I would correct myself before someone else did :)
One thing I've been curious
One thing I've been curious about since they launched is why exactly AT&T has all six Green Bay broadcasters in HD while everyone else hasn't for all this time. Of course, I really wish they'd carry WBAY and WPNE's digital subchannels too.
From what I understand, AT&T takes their HD signals directly from over-the-air antennas, instead of a direct fiber optic connection like broadcasters like WFRV provide to Time Warner. I'm guessing if they for sure do it that way, it makes it easier for broadcasters and they'd be more willing to deal for their retransmission.
