Warren Gerds in the Green Bay Press-Gazette says WBAY's new RTN subchannel may be launching as early as next week.

For as long as it took to get that thing launched, I was pretty disappointed. Not that impressive. Better than the last set, but not worth the price paid.

WBAY DT 2.3 (Retro Television Network) is now listed on Titan TV guide. This popped up sometimw within the last hour...it was not listed when I checked the 7PM programming.
