Signal power for WBAY, Channel 2, and WPNE, Channel 38, will be reduced starting Monday for transmission line repairs. Viewers who receive those stations over the air will be affected. The repairs will take about a week, weather permitting, said Don Carmichael, WBAY general manager.
The stations, which share a tower on Scray's Hill, have been operating at reduced power since late January. Viewers who receive the channels by cable, satellite or phone will not be affected.

WBAY and WPNE were back on
WBAY and WPNE were back on the air tonight for me. Good thing too. We watched a great program on 38.2 from 8-9 PM called A Ride Along the Lincoln Highway. I have never even heard about the Lincoln Highway. A very fun and enjoyable program that makes me want to explore this terrific drive with so much history.
