There is lots of information regarding products that do not appear to be avaialble to me in Green Bay (Navigator, Start Over Service, etc.). Is this a preview of things to come in the near future? Or a picture of something years away?

Didn't even notice the new
Didn't even notice the new site 'til you pointed it out. Like the design a bit better than the previous one. This looks closer to their PayXpress site so it's probably a nationwide change, thus why we're seeing Navigator/Start Over stuff even though we don't have it.
Two things I don't like, I got a security certificate mismatch warning on Firefox on one page, and I can't seem to find their legal channel notifications page anymore.
I wouldn't get too excited for Navigator, when and if it ever gets here. Heard such horrible things about it everywhere it's already deployed. I think it was not compatible with switched digital video systems last I heard, so it'll probably be a while. Start Over has been around for a while, but not here, so I wouldn't hold your breath for that either.
navigator has been working
navigator has been working pretty good latly, lots of updates have came out to improve the stability, and start over is wonderful, works amazing! very handy if you miss somethign that yuo didnt know was going to be on.
Actually Mark.. Keep your
Actually Mark.. Keep your eyes peel'd for more info on Start Over's launch.. Its currently in testing phases in our market. Navigator has been once again delayed for our area, but as you stated, it isn't all that bad of a thing to wait for it. That way the bugs can be worked out..
Also btw, if yous havent noticed the RoadRunner home page (www.rr.com) has been rebuilt also.. In my opinion, I liked the old RR site better..
Funny you would say that,
Funny you would say that, the reason I was looking was to check the legal notification section as well...If you find it could you post a link?
Start Over is only available
Start Over is only available on a few channels.... Being a DVR user this does not excite me anyways.
Wow, it is way different
Wow, it is way different now. I believe it must be a national layout because even when you enter your zip code on the site there is a link on the bottom of the page that says "Your California Privacy Rights." Also I believe the products/features you are now noticing on the new layout were also included in the old layout.
I found the legal notices page by using the site map link on the bottom of the homepage. You can find it under "programming" in the first column. Here is a link too: http://www.timewarnercable.com/Wisconsin/learn/programming/legalnotices/default.html
