We have a complex with 6 apartment buildings in 1 line, the first 2 have U-verse availability but the 3rd one (mine) does not. I checked the website, called up to confirm as well and also escalated the case to have an engineer to confirm. it is so frustating that they would bring it to the 1st two apartment buildings but not mine which is just 20 feet away from it
