I live in the UP of Michigan
I live in the UP of Michigan (Gladstone). I have Dish Network for tv reception. Dish says that WLUK FOX 11 is not one of my local channels, so I cannot get 11. Can I get a waiver and pay outside of Dish just to watch channel 11 and the Packers?
